2. Information We Collect

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies and through analytics tools (see Section 7).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the quotes, services, and support you request;
- Communicate with you about your project, scheduling, and follow-up — by email, phone, or text message where you have provided consent;
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;

5. SMS / Text Messaging (A2P 10DLC)
National Erosion Control may offer SMS (text message) communications to customers and prospective customers who provide their mobile number and consent. Our messaging program operates in compliance with applicable carrier requirements, including the U.S. A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) framework and the TCPA. The following terms apply to any text messages we send.
Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages — for example, by checking a consent box or replying to confirm — you consent to receive SMS messages from National Erosion Control at the number provided. Consent to receive marketing or promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.
Types of Messages
Where you have opted in, messages may include:
- Responses to quote requests and customer service inquiries;
- Project, scheduling, appointment, and job-site updates;
- Account or service notifications; and
- Occasional promotional or informational messages about our services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us and the nature of your project. You will not receive an unreasonable number of messages.
Opt-Out (STOP) & Help (HELP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did originally.
For help, text HELP to the number from which you received messages, or contact us at office@nerosioncontrol.com or 501-335-7347.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (including, but not limited to, wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or received from us. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are used solely to deliver the messages you requested and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
6. Your Choices & Opt-Out Rights
You have choices about how your information is collected and used:
- Email. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email or by contacting us directly. We may still send you non-promotional messages related to a project or service you have requested.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS, as described in Section 5.
- Cookies & analytics. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies and can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. See Section 7 for details.
- Access, correction & deletion. You may request that we provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations.
